STATE - OF -THE-ART TRANSPORTATION
Tulum’s new Felipe Carrillo Puerto International Airport, which opened in late 2023, is a modern marvel combining cutting-edge technology, sustainability, and passenger-focused design. It has the largest private airport in the region, setting a new standard for infrastructure in the area. The airport features advanced biometric systems, energy-efficient technologies, and sustainable building materials. With a spacious, comfortable design and luxury amenities, it enhances the travel experience while boosting regional connectivity, positioning itself as a key hub for both local and international flights.
DIRECT CONNECTION TO THE MAYA TRAIN
The Tren Maya (Mayan Train) is an infrastructure project in Mexico aimed at connecting key destinations in the Yucatán Peninsula to boost tourism, economic growth, and regional integration. The train will link cities like Cancún, Playa del Carmen, Tulum, Chichen Itzá, and Mérida, along with cultural and ecological sites like Bacalar, Valladolid, and Calakmul. The project aims to foster sustainable development while increasing access to historical and natural attractions. It is expected to improve connectivity and economic opportunities, though it has raised concerns about its environmental and social impact. The Tren Maya (Mayan Train) will run through five states in southeastern Mexico: Quintana Roo, Yucatán, Campeche, Chiapas, and Tabasco.
Each of our properties will be able to enjoy access to either the airport and/or train station in less than 30 minutes.
